They are well made and very durable, which is always a nice thing. I use this as a cross-body bag as I have torn ligaments in both my shoulders, so I am actually unable to carry any kind of bag in the conventional manner. As such, I can't speak to other reviewers who say that the strap is too wide and it slides off the shoulder. What I can say is this is a spectacular cross-body bag. The strap is made from fabric like those in a seatbelt - it is somewhat shiny and slick, but enormously durable. It is also long - I am very heavy and quite rotund so I generally have problems getting a cross-body bag that has a strap long enough to make it across my body! This one is great - long enough so that it sits perfectly on my hip at full extension (I'm 5' 5" tall). Normally I really don't like bags with a flap closure because I find it to be difficult to get things out of the bag while It's hanging off of me. This one is small enough that this isn't a problem - the flap is sized so that it is easily out of the way while you are rooting around in the body of the bag. One of the best features is the material - it is stiff enough that the bag holds its shape, so that it is easy to look through the bag without having the sides collapse in on you. The inner lining is the traditional Sherpani light yellow, which makes finding things even easier. It should be noted that this is a small bag - this is a plus for me because it keeps me from overstuffing it and making it too heavy to carry comfortably. However, it has plenty of room for the basics - I carry a check-book shaped wallet, some lip balm, a notepad, some pens, eye drops, etc. and still have plenty of room for a large Samsung Note cell phone. There is a small outer pocket on the side that is made of stretchy material - in a larger bag it would be for a water bottle, but I don't see how one could fit in this pocket. However, it is perfect for holding my keys. Another major plus is that all the zippers are heavy-duty plastic or polymer. I love this as the bag doesn't rattle as I walk. All in all, a superior bag which I have been using steadily since I purchased it. The only improvement I could see them making is to use waterproof fabric. As I live in Washington state, it would be a plus for me! Great everyday purse, great price. Very happy with this purchase. ### ⭐⭐⭐ Too Big and Too Small *by A***A on Reviewed in the United States on January 11, 2015* I have had two Sherpani bags prior to this one. It's not that it's a bad bag, it's just wider than I thought it would be. It can hold a lot! I have three kids and I can hold way too much of their stuff in this thing - socks, granola bars, cars, etc. Once you pass the baby stage, you want to reclaim a little of your personal space and the purse is part of that. That said, it's on the boarder of too big. The shape is a little off too. The inside zipper doesn't actually close the bag either, which keeps the big stuff in, but once your three year old turns it upside down and shakes it, it's over. The little wallet it comes with is also too small. You can't actually keep money in it without folding it into 4s, which makes me feel like a teenager with wadded up money when paying. Overall, it's just ok. ### ⭐⭐⭐ Second Sherpani Milli *by A***L on Reviewed in the United States on May 2, 2014* The first Milli bag I ordered was made very well which is why I went on to purchase a second one. This one seems to be cheaply made...I notice that they are made in China now so maybe that has something to do with it because my first one was not made in China. The magnet that holds the flap closed is a lot smaller than the magnet in my original Milli purse and often times my purse is not securely closed with the smaller magnet. I also notice that the zippers are not as good of quality anymore, they work fine for now though. That being said, I do like the material this purse is made from.
