I weighed myself this morning, I was 221, used the restroom (number 1) then decided for giggles to see how much I lost. I assumed it would be a couple ounces of fluid loss, but instead it said that I was 222. I gained a pound by losing fluid. I walked around for a bit, maybe 3 minutes then weighed again. now I am 223. So in the span of about 5 minutes I gained 2 pounds. I did not move the scale and stayed in boxers the whole time.
