Review: 26 Inch Heavy Duty Brackets - Used 26” brackets for supporting my heavy butcher block with 33” width and easily supports the countertop. Make sure you attach to the studs in the wall. I used heavy duty 2” Velcro strips to secure the countertop from sliding because I didn’t want to glue or drill on the brackets or countertop in case I have to move it. I suppose you can drill or attach some fasteners which will be more secure. Product was pricey and I bought two. However, these are heavy duty and you get what you pay for which justifies the price and I would buy again.

**Q: I would like to use this with butcher block floating counter in my laundry room. Do you have this 24inch bracket with holes along the top?**
A: There are no holes on the top and it is 1/4” steel so you could drill holes or put a metal strap and screw the ends of the strap to the butcher block

**Q: Are there holes in the top bar?**
A: No there is NOT however you can call customer service and they can help you with this.

Used 26” brackets for supporting my heavy butcher block with 33” width and easily supports the countertop. Make sure you attach to the studs in the wall. I used heavy duty 2” Velcro strips to secure the countertop from sliding because I didn’t want to glue or drill on the brackets or countertop in case I have to move it. I suppose you can drill or attach some fasteners which will be more secure. Product was pricey and I bought two. However, these are heavy duty and you get what you pay for which justifies the price and I would buy again.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Super sturdy

Been a stone installer for over 20 years. Sometime before starting that, was a union shipyard welder. I love these brackets. Only caveat depends on your use case: the weld on the back outside of the bracket isn't ground flat, can hold the top of the bracket off the wall slightly. Mostly, that shouldn't be a problem, but in some scenarios, you might need to grind that weld flat, as I have. Small thing, but for the price, I would expect them to do a better job on that detail. These are a little pricey, and I usually just make my own, but if you have the time to wait for the order, don't have a shop handy to make it for you, and don't feel like - or can't - make your own, this is a very good option.
