    Small present for my grandson

I am very disappointed with the product I bought it for my grandson who is very keen on telescopes and other optical devices.  When I took it out of the box today to give to him there appeared to be something obstructing the view from it on shaking the telescope very lightly there is something loose inside it I will be returning the item tomorrow.My grandson is very disappointed as it looked a very nice little telescope.
