I have never attempted the task before but after watching a few You-tube videos I decided it was doable. Everything went well and the screen works fine. All the videos recommended not to attempt just a glass replacement as the screen is glued to the glass. That was good advice. My screen was working when I started the removal but by the time I got it out of the phone it was dead. Mostly the replacement takes a not of patience. I think the whole job took a little over an hour. I believe if I did one today I could do it in 30 minutes. Definitely watch a few different videos on it as everyone has a few different tips that helped. The biggest problem is the screen is held in with glue that you can pull apart after heating the phone. But it keeps wanting to reattach. I found that running business cards between the edge of the screen and the case and leaving them their kept the glue away from the screen and re attaching. ### ⭐ 1.0 out of 5 stars Product doesn't work. I tried on several different phones that I have access to and it did not work on any of the phones. The two plugs are connected but the screen is dead. The screen also appeared to maybe have been used before. Was NOT a perfect match for my S5 through AT&T My home screen button is wired completely different than the one this came with. I was able to keep my old Home screen button so we made it work. Also the touchscreen isn't as sensitive as the one that came with my phone originally. It's even worse after I added a screen protector.
