The install video was only ok. I viewed several other install videos which helped a bit because they had better closeups of these little parts that are being disassembled. I even laid out white sheets of 81/2" x 11" paper with hand drawn diagrams on where the screws came were located as they were removed. I used scotch tape to tape them down. I was pretty careful with the screws (as I was warned by many in these reviews) but one got away from me and fell off the table onto the carpet. After 30 min of searching the floor with my eyes about 4" from the ground, I gave up. Then I remembered I had a strong but small magnet. I begin stroking the carpet with the magnet, and in about 10 sec I found the screw! So might be handy to have a strong magnet on standby.When performing the first step of prying the old screen off of the body of the phone, you may notice the adhesive/gasket that in my case was a little like fine strands of black bubble gum. I tried to keep as much of the adhesive/gasket in place as I could, but a lot got removed and couldn't be put back in place. This is not covered in the video or the written instructions, but they do provide the gasket that is encased in blue plastic (see photo). I thought this was some part of the free screen protector and since it wasn't discussed in the video or the written instructions that came with the unit. I didn't bother with it until the screen replacement was complete and I was installing the screen protector. This gasket should keep the unit water resistant so I am going to install it at a later time.Overall, it seems like a crazy cool inexpensive venture compared to getting apple to replace the screen. The phone seems to be working perfectly after the screen replacement. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5.0 out of 5 stars Great screen, had all components, feel of glass is a little off– but hey it's solid for $27.00 *by M***S on Reviewed in the United States on May 31, 2019* Great screen, had no difficulty installing. As always, I recommend buying a third-party tool kit (like the essentials one from ifixit for like ~$23 [OR simply a PENTALOBE P2 SCREWDRIVER and PHILLIPS #00 SCREWDRIVER and ensure you have the tools to pry the screen and poke around at the phone's innards]) since the tools which come with third-party screens are always liable to break.
