Review: HELPED MY BACK!! BEST INVESTMENT EVER!!! - I was hit by a drunk driver a few years back and I have had issues ever since. I get ablation and injections in my lower back to help alleviate the pain on top of otc and occasional pain meds. I have a very physical job that I work 10 to 12 hours a day. I was recently having issues and purchased a new mattress and went to the chiropractor. Both helped some but I was still having issues so I ordered and used a pillow you wear around your waist at night. This was a big mistake for me as it totally threw my back out of whack worse. My next purchase was the IPTP pelvic rocker core trainer. BEST INVESTMENT EVER!!! This product helped me stretch my lower back in a way I am unable to with regular stretching exercises. Lying on the floor even with a yoga mat hurt me. This product is actually very comfortable and not like you would expect from looking at it in the pictures. I have used this everyday since I received it and it has helped me tremendously. I still have an ache but I’m not in severe pain like I was before. I am also able to do my core exercises comfortably which is exciting (abs here I come!). Core strengthening exercises is recommended and directed by my spine doctor to stabilize, improve mobility and to keep the joints lubricated. I cannot say enough good things about this product except it is definitely worth trying if you are suffering from back and even hip pain. I am still working on the balance thing that will come with practice and technique. The quality of this product is great and the price is reasonable. Definitely worth the money for pain relief and for your daily workout regimen and or routine. FYI you still need to follow your doctor’s advice as this is not a cure but a tool to help you to improve.
Review: Works for me and my disc herniation - for context. I buy a lot of pain management/self massage products, rollers, chirp wheels, etc. I have spinal stenosis, arthritis in my vertebrae, and disc herniations at l5-s1 and l4-l5. And been doing PT for weeks. Still get pain all the time. With all of these pains, I do get some strain in my pelvis as well. I'm pretty familiar with my pain and limits, so take the advice at your discretion I heard of the pelvic clock, but the real one is a whopping 85. I have not tried the actual pelvic clock. Tried this one out and I actually really like it. The main 12-6 o'clock rocking angles have been great for my herniations. It really gets a nice stretch for the muscles around the area. 3-9 o'clock also gets a great stretch in. I'm adding this to my every day. There is a bit of a learning curve to placement, but once you find the right spot, it feels great. I do wish that it was made from a gripping material rather than hard plastic at the bottom. The non-slip mat it comes with is meh, but for half the price, I like it.

## Features

- Pelvic Mobility and Stability Exercise: A 2-piece exercise platform to perform movement and balance exercises to activate deep core muscles, like the pelvic floor, to help improve core strength and stability. The base and rocker are unattached, and the rocker moves in all directions on the non-slip base.
- Fitness Trainer: Perform exercises in the seated or supine position, including anterior pelvic tilts, pelvic clock exercise, V-sits and core strength and conditioning movements, to challenge dynamic stability and strengthen the pelvic core. Consult your doctor if you have back issues. This product is not designed to treat or prevent back pain.
- Balance Disc for Core Stability: The Pelvic Rocker Core Trainer comes with an exercise manual for convenient reference. Designed for men (improve pelvic mobility) and women (ideal for postpartum, perimenopause and menopause).
- Core Strength Balance Equipment: Target inner core muscles, like the deep pelvic muscles of the pelvic floor and transverse abdominis and promote coordination of the inner and outer core muscles for functional movement.
- Professional Grade Materials: The Pelvic Rocker Core Trainer is constructed of professional grade materials and features two pieces—a rocker and a slip-resistant base. Use the rocker alone on a yoga mat or other soft surfaces. Use the rocker with the base on harder surfaces for added grip.

## Questions & Answers

**Q: How does this compare to pelvic clock® exercise device for chronic lower back pain relief?**
A: I prefer the pelvic Clock to be honest, but I am pretty thin, so I think that has something to do with it. If the pelvic clock was not so ridiculously expensive, I would have one for home, and one for travel. But in the end, I do like them both

**Q: Is there a weight limit?**
A: Seller said 264 lbs in another question.

**Q: Is there a weight limit?**
A: Having used the balance tool for a few weeks and liking the effects on pelvic strength and flexibility l will answer with my opinion on effectiveness at weight limits: I would say you would not benefit on hard floors above 250 pounds. I would say 210 or so would limit on soft carpet as the tool and circular mat would sink too far into carpet. Hope that helps.

**Q: Does the pelvic rocker help with S.I Joint problems?**
A: It is important to consult a medical professional to assess your individual needs before beginning a new exercise program with the aim to lessen specific health problems, but generally speaking, the Pelvic Rocker is designed to assist with Sacroiliac Joint-related exercises.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ An Easy Way to Level Up Your Core Strength
*by T***R on November 26, 2024*

The OPTP Pelvic Rocker Core Trainer is a compact and effective tool that I’ve been incorporating into my fitness routine, and so far, it’s been a great addition. Its main purpose is to strengthen your core and improve pelvic stability, and it definitely delivers on those fronts. I’ve tried a lot of core exercises, but this device targets the deep muscles in a way that’s both challenging and effective. After just a few sessions, I could feel the difference—it really gets those hard-to-reach muscles working. What’s nice is that it doesn’t take up much space, so it’s perfect for home use, and it’s built to last. The non-slip base is also a big plus, keeping it stable no matter what surface I’m working on. Initially, I thought it might be tricky for people of different heights or builds to use, but I’ve had friends and family of varying sizes give it a try, and everyone seemed to get the hang of it pretty easily. That’s a big win in my book since it means it’s versatile enough for most people. The one downside is that it takes a little time to figure out how to use it properly, especially if you’re new to core training. The included exercise guide is helpful, but you might still need to experiment to feel comfortable with it. Once you do, though, it’s a really fun and unique way to work on your core strength. Overall, if you’re looking for something different to spice up your fitness routine or need a tool to help with core and pelvic stability, this is a solid choice. It’s well-made, easy to use for most people, and effective. Definitely worth considering!
