It's very easy to think its not mixing properly and keep adding water but I find adding around 200ml water slowly and leaving the machine to run for a while, the machine will pick up all the flour and you end up with a lovely dough. You have to trust the machine in this instance and let it do its job. Sale prices are traditionally employed to either shift old stock to make room for new or for seasonal sales (such as crimbo) the sale will greatly reduce the sellers profit on each sale but (hopefully) greatly improved the number that they sell.
