Thank you for making it easy to speak with her. My mother naturally has a soft voice, and I constantly had to ask her to speak up on a regular phone. She said that it was unbelievably easy to set up on her own. She loves the big, easy-to-press buttons and the bright backlight. It was very helpful for her to make phone calls right after her cataract surgery. After her hand surgery, she was thankful to have a phone that is thick enough to grasp without much effort. The only critique she has is she wants to be able to see who is calling and be able to block the unwanted calls with a touch of a button.

The phone quality of this phone is awesome! I can hear her loud and clear! Thank you for making it easy to speak with her. My mother naturally has a soft voice, and I constantly had to ask her to speak up on a regular phone. She said that it was unbelievably easy to set up on her own. She loves the big, easy-to-press buttons and the bright backlight. It was very helpful for her to make phone calls right after her cataract surgery. After her hand surgery, she was thankful to have a phone that is thick enough to grasp without much effort. The only critique she has is she wants to be able to see who is calling and be able to block the unwanted calls with a touch of a button.

This phone is just what I wanted! My last cheaper landline phone was very light and would fall off the table easily! This phone is a much better weight and the keys light up which is nice! I’m very pleased!!
