I purchased 2 of them for a double shower so that there would be one on each side. I loved the fact that we wouldn't have to drill into the tile because of the suction cups. However, after server attempts to get it to stick to the tile, we will be forced to drill into the tile. I am very disappointed that I have to hang it permanently as that will making cleaning around it difficult. I have used the clear plastic baskets with suction cups that I bought from Wal-Mart years ago in my other shower and I have had no problems with them. Clever wall-mounting system, a little tricky to manipulate in a tight space. Does a great job of using the limited space above the faucets in my corner sink and below the corner medicine cabinet. Like the fact that the structure provides a hold-back bar above each shelf to help keep items from falling off the shelves. UPDATE at 5 years: As the shelf was hard-mounted on a painted wall, the adhesive wasn't used and we didn't have the problem others mentioned.
