I doubt that, these are audible at full speed. You can search a video on google where someone actually tested these out and they are around 21DB. and about 68CFM, so not as advertised. If you really want silent fans i recommend getting the Antec LED Fan Cooling True Quiet 120 The antec fans really are Silent, i couldn't really hear them, even at their full speed. These lepa fans have good airflow but are not silent at full speed, pretty audible. I am keeping one for the exhaust. The rest i am using the manual 2 speed Antec fans because they are Really silent, no joke. I was surprised. So get these if you have a PWM controller but also want good airflow, they WILL be audible at full speed. I absolutely love them. The fans, themselves, are very quiet while they work, they are aligned perfectly, so they aren't at all wobbly like my previous fans were. They are amazing. The only "problem" (in quotes because it's nothing that i vote as bad) is that, since it has an air flow of 81.5 cfm - around 20 or 30 cfm more than most other fans - it pushes around air at a very high rate and causes the air to interact with the case body at a high velocity, which, of course, makes it sound loud. For many, this is a big problem because they want a strictly quiet pc, but, personally, I prefer better air flow over anything.
