Just found out today11/3/2014 installer can not install till 11/05/2014 When at installers shop today they tested panel and only 1/2 lights up. Amazon has a 30 day return policy(October 13 2014). Cost $255 and it never once worked!!! If you can be fair contact me I am A PRIME MEMBER!! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Better than I expected *by S***Z on Reviewed in the United States πŸ‡ΊπŸ‡Έ on January 19, 2013* This light panel came and is way better than I was expecting. I almost didn't order it because of the one review on it already but I must have received something completely different than what he got. My panel is in fact 4' x 2' and will fit in a drop ceiling to replace a light troffer perfectly. It is less than 1/2" thick and very solid. You can not see the LED bulbs at all there is a white plastic cover over the front and it looks really nice. Honestly I couldn't be any happier. I need to replace 4 lights and I only ordered 1 of these worried it was going to be bad but as soon as I plugged it in, I was shocked how bright it is and I got right on my phone and ordered 3 more. My one complaint is the wiring could have been a little easier. The light itself has some kind of quick connect fitting on it but the power supply they ship with it just has bare wires. I had to cut the connector off the light and use wire nuts to connect the power supply. It takes about a second or two when you connect the power for the light to actually come on. It's not instant like a regular light bulb but the bright white color and even distribution of light makes it worth it. ### ⭐⭐ Great concept, good execution, poor QC *by A***R on Reviewed in the United States πŸ‡ΊπŸ‡Έ on July 9, 2013* Unlike some of the other poor reviews, this product is as specified.A sleek, if utilitarian, ~24" x ~48" aluminum frame with an even opaque white panel and pre-installed clips/hooks for attaching to the ceiling. The unit comes with an aluminum 6" x 2" 3" transformer/driver (marked "waterproof") listed with inputs of 100-240VAC at 1.3A 50/60Hz, and output of between 36-42 VDC at 1.8A. As noted by another poster, the transformer/driver has bare wires for connection to AC, and a waterproof housed 3.5mm barrel jack (which connects to a matching connector on the panel). The transformer has good mounting flanges, and weighs about 1.5 lbs.The only problem is that only 1/4 of the panel lit up when I plugged it in. Don't know if something happened in transit (no damage to the packaging or the device), or if this was poor QC at the source. However, the quarter of the panel which did light was doing exactly what I wanted/needed. I'll try ordering another one ... but so far, not sure if this manufacturer is ready for prime time.
