I have seriously been blow away by this sauce, in more ways than one! I'll start by saying that I LOVE hot sauce, in all shapes and sizes, but I especially love sauces that that taste great, have a lot of heat, are versatile, and keep me wanting more. This is that sauce, in spades. Positives. - The sauce has a great consistency. It is a medium thickness, not thick enough to get clogged up in the neck of the bottle, but thick enough that it is not just going to spill all over when you try to pour it. It is fairly easy to dose out, which is important with a sauce this spicy. - The smell is not overwhelming. This is nice because my wife is sensitive to smells and will often make me eat in another room if I put hot sauce on my food (most of the time, it's worth it). - The ingredients. Oil based, no fillers, just goodness. - The taste. There is a great meeting of flavors in this sauce and if you were to taste it on its own, you can taste the slight hint of garlic (it's not overwhelming), the tang of the lime and mustard, and of course the sweet heat goodness of the reaper. - I really do put this stuff on everything, sandwiches, hot dogs, hamburgers, pizza, soup, crackers... you name it. Okay, it's actually my number one now that I think about it. I haven't used any others in my kitchen in months. It is very HOT and you only need a tiny drop or two for heat and flavor. Depending on personal preference. I can eat spicy food, but this is HOT...and I love it. The garlic flavor and heat is top notch. I'm addicted to this. It's great on meats, rice, mix in with homemade dips, soups, etc. I hope this never gets discontinued.
