I'm a middle aged woman and was just holding it between my two hands, so I feel like this was more about the dropper not fitting properly than about my own impressive strength. I continued to fill the rest of the bottles and did NOT push the dropper in completely, but rather until I felt strong resistance (about 1 mm before the rim of the dropper top would've been sitting against the glass).
