Contacted seller for replacement but seller dropped replacement ball (no further response) then demanded photos of car with non-working lamp. Really? What proof of failure does a photo of a car with no illuminated headlamp provide? None. It's another stall tactic. By then the other unit failed. Done with 'em. They are the perfect white without begin that annoying, blinding blue.An install tip; if you have short but wide headlight housings (I.e. mid nineties Subaru, Honda civic, dodge Dakota) remove the top reflector. They focus light from the sides more than the top and this is negated by the reflector. This solved my issues and still left a clean cutoff line.the high beams are simply amazing. Bright clear light, much better than stock.The not so good: I have a 1998 Tacoma, the fan in the base is too large to fit in the grommet that covers my headlight so I had to remove it and try and tape around it in order to keep water/dirt out of my headlight (check first to see if yours is the same way, might want to rethink).The Bad: When the radio is on and I then turn on these headlights they emitted big time radio interference (Crystal Clear to nothing but static). I researched this issue and found that less expensive ballasts have a tendency to produce high RF interference.- Shipped directly from China, little to no chance of return.
