Use with ganache, regular buttercream and fondant (sugarpaste) Each color-coded set comes in a handy storage tray so you can keep track of your letters easily; using a blade or sticky tape, you can release the letters from the tray. If you need to use the same letter twice, simply measure the gap and apply it individually by hand afterward, or purchase an add-on pack of letters. Recommended for use are edible art paints or a mix of dust and dipping solution to paint. If you have the elegant or curly set, using a 00 brush is recommended
