This is VERY reflective. The chest pocket is fake, which upsets some. There are two pockets that are functional; I honestly don’t need more than those. Neighbors see me from about 250 yards away. I love it so much, I bought one for my mom as well. I hang it just inside the front door in our living room. When the room is dark and the television is on, the jacket glows to the point where it is distracting.In terms of warmth, it is a windbreaker. The heat you generate inside the jacket will stay inside the jacket.
