No O2 sensor issues/lights after. Sounds like factory setup.This assembly came with the donut gaskets that go between the headers and pipes. Also, the gasket that goes between the catalytic converter and muffler assembly. ($40+ savings, trust me I bought them at NAPA and have returned them since I got ones with this assembly)You can get this in without removing any extra parts. Make sure to remove the O2 sensor plugs before install.Use anti-seize on all threaded hardware. Best to apply the anti-seize before installing.First,Install the donuts with the LIP EDGE side towards the header (may need to bend a tiny area in the lip of them to have them stick)Then install the header side first.You can use a crow bar to push up on the assembly and get your two flanges to meet up and then put one bolt in, then slide in the gasket and put in a bolt on the opposite side. Then remove the first bolt and push the gasket up and slide the bolt back through. Put in your last bolt. Torque them down.*** I suggest you get some stainless steel bolts, lock washers, and nuts for the catalytic converter to muffler flange.1/4" x 1.25" bolts, 1/4" lock washers, and 1/4" nuts. ***This takes a backyard mechanic with a bottle jack and stand about 3 hrs. That is with issues and breaks.Get-r-done ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good fit, and resolve my code *by J***H on Reviewed in the United States on January 12, 2020* I purposely did not erase my check engine codes when I installed this to make sure it worked properly, and the light went out. It worked! Couple days later, and the light is finally out. I installed it on my 1999 suburban. These cats are about half the size of the original ones. I don't know if that is because the technology is improved, or that I can't expect another 215k miles out of these... Anyway, I'll be lucky to get another 70k miles out of this old old truck! Hopefully these continue to work until I give up on this vehicle. The fit was perfect. All the gaskets I needed were included. An extra O2 sensor bung is welded behind the cat closest to the frame rail to allow an alternate sensor position depending on application. Sensor bung plugs are included for all bungs in case you aren't using any? Comes in 2 pieces not one, but clamped together nicely. It is not mandrel bent, as the inside radii are wrinkled, but still look like good bends. It is not stainless. I haven't had it long, but I hope it's at least aluminized. ### ⭐⭐⭐ Changed my review after over a year of use. *by G***A on Reviewed in the United States on December 21, 2019* A month after installing this in my 99 Chevy Tahoe LS 2 wheel drive, it turned off the Service Engine Soon light and hasn't come on since. The quality feels fairly good, the holes in on the flanges needed no adjusting, and other than one stubborn rusted out nut and stud that gave all kinds of hell, it went on pretty easily. The O2 sensor on bank 1 is pressed a little bit against the under carriage but nothing to indicate it'll be an issue like what I saw from similar more expensive products. I hear a slight rattle but I think it's from something else and not the converters. The pipe that crosses to bank 1 is a little tight to the bellhousing but nothing to be concerned with as far as I can see, tranny doesn't seem to hit the pipe when I shift. My only complaint is the thin flange gasket that goes to the intermediate pipes, it's too thin and my exhaust leaks from there but it's an easy fix. And it came with the exhaust donuts but no new flange bolts. Overall, I'm happy despite the tiny details.*Well, crap. Had to change my review on these as they have now decided to start failing. They are well built and all but it's been over a year now and the inner components are starting to go and they're rattling around like crazy. The Service Engine Soon light goes on every now and they giving me the dreaded P0420 code. Oh well.
