This one is laser cut, so it is a little shallow, but deeper than many others. It did work for what I needed.Springerle is a German specialty cookie, if you don't know what it is, you can look for a recipe online. You make them using a mold press or a pin like this one.You can find hand carved ones, but not at this price.You have to use cold dough and roll it out with a regular pin first. This one is just to put the impression after you roll it out.You also need to cut out the cookies, and put them on a pan and let them dry for at least 12 hours before baking to keep the impression looking really nice.
