I went to a party and someone blasted one of the speakers. I've had tinnitus in one ear ever since. I immediately looked up what I could do to cure this issue as the noise was like a pulsating, incessant wind. I found studies that suggested Nicotinamide Riboside with Pterostilbene could be helpful. I started taking it 3 times a day. The other reviews are correct that the dropper doesn't fill up all the way and there is no way to tell by what is provided if you are taking the recommended dosage.After 3 weeks, the loud roaring wooshing sound started to lessen to about 60%. Several months later and now it is only noticeable when it is extremely quiet, and even then, not as much anymore. In all fairness, I have also been doing the "Beating the heavenly drum" qigong head exercise (videos on Youtube), which has helped for the remaining 10% of the journey, but this liquid NAD booster diminished 90% of the noise before I tried the qigong exercise. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5.0 out of 5 stars Seems to be the real deal *by C***. on Reviewed in the United States on April 8, 2019* I haven't taken NAD+ for about 6 months since Amazon stopped selling the product I used to buy....this stuff seems ok, I've been taking for about a week - 10 days now twice a day and I feel pretty good, gives me a bit more energy and my body doesn't hurt as much. A couple of concerns are 1) I know NAD+ is light sensative, i.e. goes bad if exposed to light. I wonder if the liquid form isn't susceptible to this, or if the blue bottle it comes in works well enough to darken the mixture so this doesn't happen? 2) The actual NAD+ dosage per dropper-full doesn't indicate how much you are getting per "serving", this should be cleared up. 3) Whoever the "Amazon Customer" is who is only answering every question with "Call the Number" all on April 7th, you are condescending and aren't helping. The reason people ask questions online is so other can read them, this isn't rocket science. I really hope whoever this "Amazon Customer" is, is not affiliated with the maker of the product, because if so I won't be buying again. On the bottle gives 300mg per serving? The bottle has a dropper.... and what is a serving - first question? Listed above in small print a serving size is 30 drops....
