Review: Does the job on water lilies - Fast! - This browns up water lilies (and watershield and cattails) extremely fast! Much of my shallow waterfront area gets covered by water lilies and watershield as the summer progresses, making the water look bad from a distance, and making boating hard. I’ve used IMOX in the past with good results - it kills the roots wen applied late in the season - but when I applied some earlier this summer, I couldn’t see that it did anything visible to the water lilies. Then I mixed up some of this Diquat in a tank sprayer at 2 - 4 oz/gallon, plus some surfactant, and sprayed some of “my” lilies. In 2 hours, all of the lilies that I had sprayed were turning brown. Same thing on some cattails near my dock. This stuff works!
Review: It will kill - This stuff is a beast it kills everything... it will kill hydrilla but you have to stay after it.
