However, it’s much much better if you combine this with granulated monk fruit sweetener. We buy a bag of each and combine them one to one in a large jar. It is our go-to coffee sweetener every morning. **Q: Is this powdered (preferred for dissolvability) or granular (harder to dissolve; tends to stay granular)?** A: The product NOW Organic Non-GMO Erythritol has the texture of sugar and dissolves readily in warm drinks. It does not dissolve so readily in cold drinks similar to sugar. I usually combine the aforementioned product with pure Birch Xylitol (a bit coarser texture) in recipes (combine both in a food processor for improved dissolvability and taste). Hope this is helpful. **Q: can you bake with it?** A: It can re-crystallize when it gets cold so reheating can get rid of the grainy texture that forms when the baked good cools.
