In fairness, the 3 % questionably is more effective for me and has no smell. I definitely enjoyed the gentle smell of this one with conditioner so I will continue with this one with conditioner once I finish mine. It’s stopped my itching and flaky scalp ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great shampoo and conditioner in one for Seborrheic Dermatitis (in my case, at least!) *by W***R on 18 February 2026* I suffer with Seborrheic Dermatitis which causes the most annoying head itching and scalp skin irritability. Sometimes even moving my hair can be painful so I hunted around for a gentle shampoo and conditioner (in one) that wouldn't make things flare up or feel any worse after washing my hair. This T-Gel is a great product. It leaves my hair feeling soft and clean and helps to keep my scalp calm and less inflamed. The smell has a faint reminiscence of coal tar soap but it isn't overwhelming and doesn't linger after washing and rinsing. I only wash my hair about once per week so this bottle lasts a while, so although it might be more expensive than other products, it works better than H&S (for me) and leaves my wavy/curly hair much more manageable after washing.
