Many reviews say it is easy to install, but I received three items that look like very large, thick nails. There is no threading such as screws have and there were no plastic wall plugs included. I reached out to the seller to ask them how to install the item - through desertcart and then on their provided WhatsApp number. They have not been very responsive at all even after follow up. I can go out and buy screws and wall plugs of the right size, but because the item is listed as coming with mounting hardware, that's unexpected and inconvenient.
