I have been having problems with sore feet from standing barefoot on the hard kitchen floor slaving for hours as a short order cook for a very picky and young family lol. This has made my life so much better. I no longer hobble out of the kitchen with sore feet. This is exactly the support my body needed. I read reviews before purchasing and went with the product that did not have decorative grooves. It is kind of an eye sore in the kitchen but I don't care. IT IS WORTH IT. The green color is not as bright. It is more of a dark forest green. The mat is very sturdy, heavy, and thick. I don't see a way the edges could even curl up if they wanted to the way that it is designed.
