We always recommend that you add the powder in our sachets to about an inch of water and swirl the powder in the glass - using a spoon or fork to stir doesn’t seem to be as effective. Continue to swirl until the powder has dissolved and then you may add more water if you wish. It’s best not to add the powder to the glass first and then add the liquid, as it may clump. If you are still having trouble with this method or do not like the bland taste then you can simply sprinkle the powder into yoghurt, cereal or other cold foods.
