This is a fully laminated large fold out that will be weatherproof and will tuck away nicely just about anywhere. There is plenty of good information such as choking, childbirth, CPR, and basic contusions and broken bones. Also contains basic information about rescue hazards, and the fundamentals of first aid behavior.  This is an excellent guid to keep close by ( mine is in my bug out bag ) as a quick reference guide to refer to in those times you may in an intense situation and need that little reminder of your first aid priorities.

Good basic set of emergency first aid information.  I have put this in my Bug Out Bag / Earthquake Prep Kit.  Good information for those without any knowledge.  Like the simple layout.

Just wanted a basic first aid reference that was waterproof for my bug-out-bag.  I've taken courses of first response to medical emergencies, but thought this would be a wise addition just in case.  Don't expect anything incredibly detailed, but this has about everything necessary for what you could expect out on your own.
