The lightest band when I use it for arm exercises does roll up in my hand at certain angles but that's expected for rubber bands. If it rolls up, I just use it as is with it rolled up like a resistance band and it still works out my muscles fine and it's easy to unroll it afterwards. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Lots of capability without lots of storage space *by K***T on August 13, 2019* After using my exercise bands this summer, my son asked if I would get him some to take back to school. He is really liking this set. There are different strengths so he and his petite girlfriend can both use them.
