Review: Fantastic Knife ! - I did a lot of research looking for a set of knives prepared to dig deep for a good quality set but after purchasing this, I no no longer feel the need to buy a set of professional knives as this one is so effective. Firstly I love the size. Its the perfect mid-size for adept handling and doesn't get in the way of the task, if you know what I mean. It has a nice substantial weight to it, its extremely sharp, cutting through the toughest things like a large butternut squash, and peeling a whole pineapple so easily without the need for me to apply hardly any pressure at all. Then, the gill-like ridges on the knife are genius as its prevents whatever you're chopping sticking to the sides of the knife, they tend to just fall away. This knife is brilliant and at such a bargain price. I am very impressed with it.

I did a lot of research looking for a set of knives prepared to dig deep for a good quality set but after purchasing this, I no no longer feel the need to buy a set of professional knives as this one is so effective.
