This size is too small for me. I have a history of severe ear infections and I was very sick for 6 or 7 weeks. I just couldn’t go to the post office. I was so sick and couldn’t even go into my workshop because I had fallen several times from balance problems and vertigo. To be fair it is their right to not exchange for a different size after 30 days. I am in customer service and have been most of my life. I also understand what the real world is like. I take care of customers through tough situations and people are unimaginably loyal when you go just a little farther. I would have hoped they could see beyond their policy and understand the situation. They sure don’t have my loyalty. I figured I'd grab a screw from the fastener shop, but the head isn't a standard size.
