I had placed these lights over a ledge and the maneuverability is excellent, being able to reach several plants within the vicinity.The remote allows me to control the lights from a distance rather than having to reach over plants or go right to the light to turn on/off. Setting the timer works extremely well to off-set the limited natural light these plants get especially during the winter months.After almost using it for a month, the plants under the grow lights have noticeable growth and look healthier.Very happy with the purchase. ### ⭐⭐ It works, but there are too many downsides *by C***A on Reviewed in the United States on March 19, 2020* It works, but I’m never buying it again. The lamp necks aren’t strong enough to support the lights, I actually have them supported by other objects. Even the clip is too weak to keep it up on its own. The remote doesn’t work at all, and there’s no other way to control it short of the plug. They’re also unfortunately small, but that’s more because my plant shelf is very large. However my plants love them. Now that I have a lamp, they’re thriving in my house, which has very poor natural light. My sprouts are growing like weeds and my cacti are sprouting branches. It’s kind of awesome.
