**Q: I recieved mine today and the beads just lay at the bottom.  There is no force moving water up the middle tube. Remote does not work. What do i do?**
A: Hi, please make sure the water is filled to the top. If it is not all the way to the top the water will not be able to circulate to carry the beads. If that is not the issue, please reach out to us and we will assist. As far as the remote, it sounds like the battery may be bad. Please contact us with your order number and we will send you a new remote.

**Q: Can this be used without the beads**
A: We haven't tried that. I can't imagine that it couldn't be used without the beads but I don't think it would be as interesting.

**Q: My cord broke and I need to get a replacement cord. What is a good replacement cord that will work for this?**
A: Please contact us directly through Amazon, and we will be happy to provide you with a new cord.

**Q: Does the bead lamp have the fish as well or do you need to buy them? Also, are the beads and fish able to be combined?**
A: Hi, The bead lamp does not come with fish, and it is not compatible with fish. The mechanism in the bead lamp will not work with fish, please do not add fish to it. The bead lamp has a side chamber which pulls the beads up to the top of the tube. The fish will not fit into this chamber, and will just get stuck on the bottom. In order to get the fish, please purchase the bubble tube fish lamp.

Louder than expected but still a great buy! The remote it came with did not work; I contacted the manufacturer and they sent a replacement at no charge within a few days. Very responsive customer service.

### ⭐⭐⭐ Should have larger opening at the top

Mine came used for it had water spots on the inside. It is quiet for it only has one area where the bubbles come out as opposed to two The problem the whole top does not come off it would be impossible to clean. There’s only a tiny opening, a rubber piece included to cover. As a result of the small opening it would be very hard unless you are strong to pour the water out, as opposed to siphoning as a result again of tiny opening. The tube itself is quite sturdy. Did not utilize the balls that came with it for again with the tiny opening not sure how you would get them out if you needed to, could not reach your hand in there. Also the base is gray plastic, the bottom is made of clear plastic not metal or chrome.
