The book is very informative about topics related to ADHD, autism, dyslexia, etc. It gives very logical explanations to the causes of these issues, and talks about the primitive reflexes and how the lack of integration affects development. However, if you want to buy this book to make the exercises yourself or for your child, you won’t be able to. The book begins by stating that you need to consult an expert that evaluates the person intended to do the rhythmic movement method. And the exercises only come very basically explained in the last 9 pages of the appendix. So, not so useful for me.

I appreciate a medical doctor's perspective of a movement method that proves to be a viable approach for improving challenges such as ADHD. I like Blomberg's explanations of neurology as basis for movement modalities' success.
