I use it in the shower on my legs for cellulite control. This is an excellent tool to add to my arsenal. Simply heat up in a hot shower, apply oil to the area (legs, arms, tummy) and ""scrub"" up and down (not in circles!) for a few minutes per area. Skin will get red (that's good...blood flow is what makes this work) and its possible you'll bruise a little. Use light to medium brisk strokes for best results. Have also used this on my face at jawline, its helped a lot.
