Needed this to mount a small fan onto a 4" to 2" PVC reducer inside the chiller to create a positive pressure atmosphere to keep pushing the fog out even after the fog machine stopped. This was the last piece I needed to complete my fog chiller. I didn't use the filter as all I needed was the plastic piece to mount the fan.
