Heavy duty, and its length, 16"2. Nuts as locks, way safer than clip-type. (I sprained my wrist due to a loose clip while doing workout on my chest in Mar 2017, not fully recovered while writing this review)Cons:1. Best you can get is 4.5" for your weight discs (or maybe a little bit more, if you try to risk your safety), and you would need another 0.5" for the nuts.2. As the item description says, it comes with a 1.125" for weight discs, make sure you measure your weight discs' central hole before ordering.3. For some people, 16" might not enough for your progress, so am I.
