I searched online for a substitute with very similar ingredients and found Dragon Herbs Magnolia Sinus, which works great and is free of any negative additives. I take this once or twice per day and it really helps open up my swollen blocked sinuses due to allergies. It has really saved me from a miserable allergy season. I also take MucoPlex by Integrative Therapeutics (also available on Amazon) which is also a wonderful decongestant, and also use A.Vogel Sinus Relief and A.Vogel Allergy Relief homeopathic tablets when I need immediate help breathing (also available on Amazon). I always carry 1 of these 4 products with me going to work, and would not want to be without the 4 products when traveling. I have not had to take prescription antihistamines or decongestants for a few years now. As prescription antihistamines classified as anti-cholinergics can cause short term memory loss, I refuse to set myself up for those problems and fortunately there are plenty of other great solutions like Dragon Herbs Magnolia Sinus, which has no chemical additives.
