I was unfortunately sent the wrong size. I ordered the smaller size as it would fit perfectly in my handbag and car cup holder however I was sent a 12oz size instead of the advertised 8oz. Not realising there were two sizes, as they only sell one, I excitedly used my cup right away. Once I realised I had been sent the wrong size I contacted the seller who after asking me to send proof in the way of photos of my cup, offered me a 50% refund. I found this to be fair and went on to purchase a second in the 8oz size. Now my partner and I have one each which we enjoy on cold mornings outside.
