I turned the printer on and off but no luck I still get an error message and no love for the yellow cartridge. I even tried cleaning it with a pencil eraser. I hate the thought of paying HP to hold me hostage.UpdateI upgraded them to 5 stars. The yellow didn't work but they shipped me new cartridges in 24 hours. Great Customer service. Unfortunately HP's latest firmware kept those from working as well. Kingjet gave me a full refund and their customer service was great throughout the whole process. Recently installed all 3 colors, and almost immediately started having problems with quality of output (streaked and/or lines). Tried to clean inkheads in numerous ways, but eventually junked printer (HP 377dw). While I am not positive it was a result of this product, I never had problems before, and problem surfaced almost immediately after installing colors. Buyer beware!Product arrived quickly with reasonable price. I had heeded the seller's recommendation to turn off updates some time ago, but I was somewhat concerned whether the printer would accept it (in spite of seller's assurances), but I had no trouble at all. I had printed a multi-color copy with a lot of black some time ago before changing to this brand. I could not tell the difference in quality between the old and new (however, this is with black only being changed...I do not change until ink runs out).
