I ordered these so I could practice before Halloween. I got many ideas online for my design, and the kids got MANY compliments. People couldn't believe i didn't go to the zoo to get them professionally painted. The paint is smooth, easy to work with, and washes off easily. My children's skin is more sensitive than mine, and didn't react at all (and they wore it for many hours). The thing i like MOST about this brand is it is made in the USA!!! If that is something that matters to you, i would order some ASAP, in case they follow suite of all these other companies and start making it in China. I get so nervous about the chemicals they use outside of the US, and I like that people HERE have jobs because of companies like this one. Makeup is one of our last "made in USA" things we have, and even makeup is leaving consumers to "vote" whether they care, bc i have seen lots of makeup (even some prestige brands)made in China now:( I also like the color range i got from the two kits i ordered, there are plenty of designs i could do with this. The makeup seems to stay on really well. I used sponges (hair rollers actually) for my base layer or circles, mixed with a little water, then various tipped paintbrushes. I watched utube videos for techniques. If you make a mistake, it's easy to correct with this paint.
