There is plenty of tension to hold this beast of a monitor.-The 21" reach is good but still might not be enough depending on your grommet location.-The polished aluminum looks high-end and great. The white plastic pieces are finished nicely and look good. I would definitely recommend the aluminum/white option.-Cable management is on par with most other monitor-arms. Nothing great but it hides the cables somewhat.The packaging was totally sketchy as the parts were loosely thrown into a unlabeled, non-descript, beat-up box. Fortunately, there was no damage or missing parts. Monitor arms half the price are packaged a thousand times better than this one.
