I had a friends bday party to go to and I am so sick and tired of the lil black dress. So I upgraded and got this cute shoulder cut blue dress. It is navy lace all around and has a stretchy waist. It runs a bit small for me in the chest department but I am a 44DD and could still make it work! Everyone told me they loved it! Very lightweight, perfect for the summer. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Incredibly beautiful *by B***E on January 3, 2019* I cannot love this dress anymore than I already do!! It’s incredibly pretty, the lace work is stunning, the color is so rich and deep and beautiful! It’s a tad longer than I expected, but then again I am really short. What I did was shortened the under dress so you could appreciate more of the lace. My only issue is that it’s a little delicate. I brushed a popcorn wall and multiple breads came undone, so just be careful not to wear multiple zippers or anything that might get caught. The neckline was too narrow to truly be off the shoulder as shown in the picture. It was more just a regular bateau neckline. The quality of the dress was terrible. The bottom layer was not attached well and the back didn't line up to the front at all. It was also hard to tell which was the front vs the back - and it was completely tagless so no way to tell from that or even what size.
