Since then I haven't looked back and I now wear them in a pair of walking shoes, a pair of walking boots and a pair of wellington boots. They can easily be cut to size too so can be made to fit any shoes. I'd bought my first pair in an outdoor gear suppliers in Chamonix, when I'd realised my new boots were too flat for my feet, and my arches needed a real boost. They really did the trick and lasted well.
