Gamer chairs were rude and completely unhelpful as we had great difficulty in being able to return the chair. We had assembled the chair before we knew it didn’t work and could not disassemble it. They offered no assistance with the return except that they would reimburse me to a reasonable extent if they agreed with me that the chair did not work. They suggested I contact the manufacturer which I did. They proved much more helpful. They sent a new control panel to try but promised if it did not work they would collect it and bring us a new one. On removing the control panel we discovered that the wiring inside had come completely adrift. My husband and son managed to repair it so we have kept the chair.
