This thermos is actually a 1 qt capacity even though in the description it states a different size. The wide mouth thermos is a better size because it isn't so tall and is more stable so it doesn't look like your walking around with a gigantic thermos. It's perfect!

Just what I was expecting.I bought the coffee and food thermos. It’s a great product and bought it for my brother since it is a wonderful brand well known in Costa Rica. Update 08/19/2021 my brother told me that he filled up the coffee thermos with coffee at 8am and it was 2pm, for a picnic in one of the coldest locations in Costa Rica as a result the coffee Was extremely hot after 6 hours. Potentially it can last longer. Overall the thermos does the job as described and it’s one of the most popular brands that are known to last for many years.
