Bought this recently for my son to take to school, but he dropped it and and the blue piece broke off so it won’t close.** A: Glad I saw this, I have a similar cup that the lid broke and I cannot seem to buy replacement lid for, so definitely will not be buying from them again!! **Q: Does any part of this mold?** A: Hi, It is possible for mold to form on parts of this water bottle, especially if it is used for other drinks like juice or soda. This one with Elsa her favorite, she only takes this one to daycare. I love how easy it is to disassemble and clean. However, the plastic lid is very weak, with little kids habits to throw their bottles around it doesn’t hold for more than 3-6 months for us, it breaks at the lid base, the bottle remains usable but not portable around.
