It’s amazing!!! We had it professionally installed because we wanted it done right. Since installation we have had three leaks in the ceiling of the basement with zero damage. I’m impressed with its durability. We have a 70 lb English Bulldog who runs and plays with no scratches. We have moved furniture too. We do take precautions when moving items around though. I want to put it throughout the house.
