Create a slip knot: Select a strand of hair tinsel and create a small loop. Pull the end of the tinsel through the loop completely. Step 2. Tie the tinsel and hair together: For fine hair select 3 or 4 hairs (for thicker hair-1 or2) Slide slip knot onto the hair. My daughter loves them! Watched a you-tube video on how to attach them, and it was so easy. My daughter has super fine hair, so I use a couple extra strands of hair and they stay in great. It only takes a few minutes, and adds cute color and sparkle. She gets tons of compliments on the tinsel and lots of questions on where to get them and how to do it. Super easy to remove as well.
