I didn't want something hard and plastic, but I didn't want to use disposable plastic bags either. This felt bin is a nice middle ground between the two. It seems to be two thick pieces of felt stitched together into one sheet that then folds to make a basket. There are slits in the sides where the handles can be pulled through for assembly, so it can't fall apart while you're carrying it because you're holding onto the handles. It comes with instructions and took a second to assemble, which probably gets easier the more you do it. For me, it's light enough, small enough, and I'll be using it every day, so I won't be disassembling it. If you are looking for something that you're going to be pulling apart and putting back together, this may be a 4-star product.
