Two flat horizontal prongs and a ground, exactly like what the high temp metal halide and sodium bulbs take. Have had no issues with ballasts yet like I did on the 120V, but by contacting customer service, they sent me new ballasts.Highly recommend seller and product.Hope they come back in stock soon ### ⭐ Don't buy! *by S***R on April 10, 2021* Product arrived after 2 weeks of waiting, then I figured out why. It comes from Europe and has European type electrical plugs not American. So in order to use it you have to change the plug, only to find that it doesn't work and now you can't send it back because you had to change the plug.
